updated SETUP to v4.0 : now actual setting is displayed at each page, these settings are stored in separate GTR233_SETUP_CONFIG folder because they can be different from one GTR2 install to another whereas GTR233_SETUP folder is always the same.

Indeed with last CC update the digital binary behaves like nocd in term of clipplanes so I have merged NOCD-CC defviews settings in order to get full cockpit view with CC. updated HQ FOV Defviews : lately CrewChief plugin (CC) has enabled the same fix as I did for flickering textures in digital defviews (thanks to Jempy for reporting), and this "double fix" leads to cockpit view cut. added Bjarne DX9 skies option in setup (thanks to Bjarne) updated HQ headphysics : added movement (-) option for people who don't like shaking cockpit (set Gforce slider to 0 to drastically reduce movement) updated safety car to fix ghost headlights by night (select any of my patched versions in setup) updated tyres in PnG3 HQ Anniversary option made proximus banners more purple at Spa (thanks to rmi_wood for advice)
